ORDERS & SHIPPING
• Orders are shipped twice a week (Monday and Thursdays).
• Shipping fees and methods of delivery vary according to your country.
• Shipping is free on orders of $80 or more destined for Canada or for the USA.
• Delivery is done by Canada Post and goes from 1 to 4 business days for Quebec and 2 to 7 business days for the USA and Canada (minus Quebec).
A confirmation will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. This email confirmation will include a tracking number with which you will be able to track your order’s status in real time on the Canada Post website. Zephyr is not responsible for packages that get lost or arrive damaged. This means, but is not limited to: the moment the order is handled by Canada Post, the moment the order exits the country, the moment the order enters your country and the moment the order is delivered to you. As we cannot predict nor control the customs charges for international shipments, we, Zephyr, are not to be held responsible for additional duties or customs charged by the destination country. Please note that your country’s customs charge is not reflected on our site at the time of checkout.
If, for any reason, you are concerned with one of our products or your skin’s compatibility to a product you have purchased from us (remember that a gentle introduction between the products and your skin is paramount in order to let you and your body adjust properly!), kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In case you haven’t seen our samples page, we’d like to take a moment to mention that we do offer samples of everything for you to try before you buy. Communication is key, and we appreciate when it is done in a mutually respectful tone — so please, be kind to us! We will gladly help you sort out your concern to the best of our abilities and in a timely manner.
Please note: All Samples and Custom Orders/Customized Products are non-refundable.
Additionally, please note that all returns are discarded and not resold. This is for reasons of personal hygiene. We will never repackage and resell a product that has been returned to us, even if it still is sealed.
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our products and have a written approval from us (by email), you may return your products for store credit or a refund, for the full amount you paid for the item minus shipping fees. Returns are only accepted if done within 30 days of the product being delivered to you by the carrier. We do not refund charges associated to shipping. An additional shipping fee (variable based on your location) will apply for all returns. Any other additional charges, if applicable, will be mentioned.
To be totally transparent with you: in the event of a return, we would prefer that you choose store credit over a full refund… For the simple reason that we are blooming yet still small family company, passionate about what we do. We don’t want you to give up on us because of one product you didn’t love.
Needless to say, however, we will refund you if that is what you want (as long as the above mentioned conditions are met: product returned within 30 days after its arrival to you, product not a sample/custom product, written approval granted for return). Once again, please remember that shipping fees are not part of the refundable costs.
